Ken Hazen
Chief Executive Officer
J. Kenneth Hazen is the President and CEO of CTSI. Ken is a native Memphian, graduating from the University of Memphis with a Bachelors of Business Administration in 1975. After a successful career in
industrial sales, Ken formed a transportation consulting company called Multi-Modes, Inc. in 1981
before purchasing CTSI in 1982. Ken has
also been active in the community serving as Chairman of Associated Catholic Charities,
President of the University of Memphis Alumni Association, and has been an
instrumental leader in the fundraising for St. Jude Children’s Hospital, among others. Currently, Ken serves as Trustee for St. Agnes Academy/St. Dominic School and on the Board of Visitors for the University of Memphis. |

Clifford F. Lynch
Executive Vice President
Cliff Lynch is a long-time veteran of the logistics industry. He was with The Quaker Oats Company for 29 years, the last 13 of those as Vice President - Logistics. He was president of Trammell Crow Distribution Corporation from 1987 - 1993, and prior to joining CTSI had provided management advisory services in logistics for 14 years. He received his under graduate degree from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Mr. Lynch is a member of several editorial review boards and organizations, a past president of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals and has received a number of awards in the
field of logistics, including the CSCMP Distinguished Service Award. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Memphis and the author of numerous articles on the subject of logistics and two books on logistics outsourcing. |

Alicia McAnallyVice President of Client Services
Over her 17 year career with CTSI, Alicia McAnally has gained experience in
virtually every facet of the operation. Starting in Customer Service, Alicia
rapidly advanced to the position of Manager of Quality Assurance and Customer
Service. Additional leadership roles as Director of Production, Director of EDI
Services, and Vice President E-Commerce Data Services have positioned her
perfectly for her current responsibilities as Vice President of Client
Services. In this capacity, Alicia combines her wealth of company knowledge and
strong customer relationship skills to provide the ongoing service quality and
business process optimization necessary to ensure complete customer
satisfaction. |

Kristy SuttonVice President of Implementations and Quality Assurance
Kristy Sutton has been with CTSI since 1985. After earning her Bachelors of
Business Administration in Finance from the University of Memphis, Kristy
accepted a financial analyst position with CTSI where she provided executive support
directly to the President. Kristy was promoted to Vice President of Human
Resources before accepting her current position as Vice President of
Implementations and Quality Assurance. In this capacity, Kristy and her staff
are responsible for providing the strong project management required for
successful implementations. Kristy's financial background, project management
strengths and 20+ years of company experience make her an extremely effective
leader to ensure timely and quality implementations. |

Brian ScottVice President of TMS & Consulting
Brian was instrumental in developing the Transportation Management System
(TMS), lending his logistics operational experience to the development team. He joined CTSI in 1998 to lead the audit department following a five-year tenure with BMG Music as a transportation supervisor. He was promoted to Director of Consulting in 2002 and Vice President, TMS & Consulting in 2006. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management (concentration in Logistics) from Clemson University. |
| Larry Watts
Vice President of Information Technology
Larry joined CTSI in 2000, as Director, Information Technology and served in this capacity for three years
before being promoted to Vice President, Freight Payment Operations in 2003.
Larry's background includes over 15 years of transportation experience, and over 25 years experience in Information Technology.
Prior to joining CTSI, Larry spent 15 years with American President Lines where he was Director, Information Technology for APL Logistics, North America. He attended the University of Central Oklahoma with a major in Information Systems.

| Michael N. LyonsVice President of Compliance and Contracts
Michael N. Lyons is Vice President of Compliance and Contracts for CTSI. Mike
joined CTSI in 1995 as Vice President, Information Technology. Formally, he has held positions at Fischer Lime & Cement Co., ContiCotton, Tandy (Radio Shack) Corp, Malone & Hyde and Caterpillar. Mike received his Associate of Science in Business Data Processing from State Technical Institute in Memphis and his BA in Administration/Accounting from the University of Memphis. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. His professional certifications include Certified Public Accountant - State of Tennessee, Certified Management Accountants, and Certificate in Data Processing. His professional affiliations include The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants and Institute of Management Accountants. |
 | William A. FredrickVice President of IT Process Management
Bill earned his undergraduate degree at Kent State University and his MBA at Pace University in New York. Bill brings to CTSI 30 plus years of business experience from sales and marketing, product management with general management of Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, he was president of several operating divisions of the Memphis-based Thomas & Betts. Then, after leaving T&B, Bill formed and managed point2point innovations. After selling point2point, Bill joined CTSI in 2005 as Vice President of IT Process Management. |
 | Don PiperVice President of Traffic Services
Donald S. Piper is the Vice President of Traffic Services at CTSI. A former U.S. Army Air Corps veteran, Don has been
consulting in the trucking, transportation and logistics industry for over 50
years. In 1970, Don became a partner of Continental Traffic Service, Inc., and founded Freight Facts.
In 1989 Don sold Continental Traffic Service, Inc. to J. Kenneth Hazen and has
continued to support CTSI with his vast experience and industry leadership. |

Phillip MashburnVice President of IT Operations
Phillip Mashburn graduated from Mississippi State University in 1987 with a BSEE (Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering). Phillip is Vice President of IT Operations and has been with CTSI for nine years. |
