CTSI works in partnership with both carriers and clients to achieve our mutual goals of accurate, efficient, and timely invoice processing and payment. In order to accomplish these goals, CTSI has developed the following online tools to assist our carriers.

• Online visibility for the status for all invoices in process with payment detail, check number and date for all closed transactions.
• EDI set-up and ongoing operations support to insure the most efficient process for high-volume carriers.
• CTSI's Online Data Entry (ODE) program is another very popular solution for lower-volume carriers. ODE provides you with the option of entering invoices directly into our online system so that your payments will be included on our next payment cycle without any delays by the mails, manual data entry, etc.
