Invoice Status

CTSI provides clients and carriers with real time access to information about freight bills captured in the CTSI system. By entering a pro number, the user can find out if CTSI has received the bill, if the bill has been paid, and what check number the bill was paid with. If the bill is not paid, the software provides an explanation of the current status of the bill, and when possible, when the carrier can anticipate payment of that bill. This is one of our most popular products, and over 10,000 freight bills are researched each week.

CTSI's invoice status application has also been expanded to give added flexibility, this includes the ability to enter several pro numbers at once and receive an email with an Excel spreadsheet with details for each bill. A tracking function is also provided, where a client and/or carrier can have an email sent when a pro number is entered into the CTSI payment systems.
