Kenneth Hazen is the President and CEO of CTSI-Global. Ken is a native Memphian, graduating from the University of Memphis with a B.B.A. in 1975. After a successful career in industrial sales, Ken formed a transportation consulting company called Multi-Modes, Inc. in 1981 before purchasing Continental Traffic Service, Inc. in 1982. Hazen is the co-author of The Role of Transportation in the Supply Chain and The Role of Freight Bill Payment and Transportation Information in the Supply Chain Industry. He has also been active in the community, having served as Chairman of Associated Catholic Charities of West TN and President of the University of Memphis Alumni Association and Board of Visitors. He has been a fundraising leader for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and others. Phillip MashburnSenior Vice President of IT OperationsPhillip Mashburn graduated from Mississippi State University with a B.S.E.E. (Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering). Phillip is Vice President of IT Operations and has been with CTSI-Global since 1997.
Brian ScottSenior Vice President of Global SalesBrian was instrumental in developing the CTSI-Global Transportation Management System (TMS), lending his logistics operational experience to the development team. He joined CTSI-Global in 1998 to lead the audit department following a five-year tenure with BMG Music as a Transportation Manager. He was promoted to Director of Consulting in 2002 and Vice President, TMS & Consulting in 2006. Brian holds a B.S. in Industrial Management with a concentration in Logistics from Clemson University. Gwen St. SauverSenior Vice President of FinanceAfter 25 years of experience in finance, Gwen St. Sauver joined the CTSI-Global team in 1995. With this expertise, she rapidly advanced to the position of Manager of Accounting. In 2007, she was promoted to Vice President of Finance.
Jim BeanVice President of Carrier ServicesPrior to joining the TMS team at CTSI-Global in 2007, Jim spent over 30 years in management positions covering transportation operations, logistics and supply chain solutions with Roadway Express, Roadway Package System, Watkins Motor Lines and Accuship. He was promoted to his Vice President of Client Services in 2009 and his current position in 2011. He holds a B.S. degree in Human Resources from the University of Tennessee. Donal BrennanVice President of EMEA Operations -- Limerick officeDonal Brennan joined CTSI-Global in 2006 with extensive knowledge in transportation and logistics. He has years of industry experience within the freight forwarding community in Ireland and the UK. In recent years, he was involved in many VMI projects for multinational companies in Ireland and the UK as well as the sourcing of raw materials from China. Donal's background includes providing consultancy work in reducing freight costs, identifying logistics opportunities and improving supply chain processes within many organizations. Donal is responsible for CTSI-Global's EMEA operations and is a key player in supporting our global clients. Tamitha CrumbVice President of ImplementationExperience in customer service and quality assurance spans more than 16 years and includes successfully implementing and leading strategic planning projects to integrate new customer accounts. Tamitha provided expertise to all phases of development processes from conception to implementation. Areas of expertise include system analysis, process development and designing training material and programs. Starting in Data Entry, Tamitha quickly advanced to the position of Expeditor. Additional leadership roles at CTSI-Global have included Supervisor of Quality Assurance, Manager of Customer Service, Director of Customer Service and Director of Implementations. James HanauerChief Technology OfficerJames Hanauer earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Angelo State University. With experience across a variety of industries, his technology and systems expertise includes Enterprise Application Integration, Service Oriented Architecture, Complex Event Processing, Event Driven Architecture, SaaS, S+S, .NET, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, ESRI spatial technologies, Classic VB, ADO, OLE, COM+, AJAX, C++, IBM 360/370 Assembly, Java, NiagaraAX, People Soft, MAXIMO and BANNER CIS. He previously held the position of CTSI-Global Senior .Net Developer before he was named Chief Technology Officer. James is an internationally certified black belt in ITF Tae-KwonDo, former instructor and National Champion. Subramani KrishnamoorthyVice President of IT Freight Payment OperationsSubramani has acquired in-depth knowledge of logistics and freight payment operations with CTSI-Global since 1998. He has worked extensively over the past 30 years in multiple areas of Information Technology including Mainframe, Midrange, Unix, Oracle, Ingres and AS/400. Previously at Coats Viyella (UK) / Madura Coats, a leader in the textile industry located in Bangalore with a chain of locations, Mani handled many application areas including manufacturing, logistics, transportation, accounting, stocks, payroll, time office and retail sales systems in addition to major projects for Mascon Global in Chennai and Chicago. Subramani holds his Master's in Economics and Statistics from Indian University. Michael N. LyonsVice President of Compliance and ContractsMike joined CTSI-Global in 1995 as Vice President, Information Technology. Formerly, he has held positions at Fischer Lime & Cement Co., ContiCotton, Tandy Corp. (RadioShack), Malone & Hyde and Caterpillar. Mike received his A.S. in Business Data Processing from State Technical Institute in Memphis and his B.A. in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Memphis. He earned his M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Arlington. His professional certifications include Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - State of Tennessee, Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Certificate in Data Processing (CDP). His professional affiliations include The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants and Institute of Management Accountants. Alicia McAnallyVice President of Client RelationsOver her 18 year career with CTSI-Global, Alicia McAnally has gained experience in virtually every facet of the operation. Starting in Customer Service, Alicia rapidly advanced to the position of Manager of Quality Assurance and Customer Service. Additional leadership roles as Director of Production, Director of EDI Services and Vice President E-Commerce Data Services have positioned her perfectly for her current responsibilities as Vice President of Client Relations. In this capacity, Alicia combines her wealth of company knowledge and strong customer relationship skills to provide the ongoing service quality and business process optimization necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. Josh MillerVice President of TMSJosh Miller joined CTSI-Global in 2000. Since that time, Josh has served as the Audit Manager, TMS Product Manager and Director of TMS. In 2009, Josh was promoted to Vice President of TMS. Prior to joining CTSI-Global, he spent three years as a Logistics Analyst for NexAir. Josh earned a B.S. Degree with a concentration in Business Management from Christian Brothers University. He has been a key player in the growth and expansion of CTSI-Global. His focus is on optimizing TMS supply chain solutions in order to provide excellent value and service to our global customers. Don PiperVice President of Traffic ServicesDonald S. Piper is the Vice President of Traffic Services at CTSI-Global. A former U.S. Army Air Corps veteran, Don has been consulting in the trucking, transportation and logistics industry for over 60 years. In 1970, Don became a partner of Continental Traffic Service, Inc. until the mid '70s when he left to found Freight Facts, Inc. In 1989, Don sold Freight Facts, Inc. to J. Kenneth Hazen. His vast experience and industry leadership are true assets to CTSI-Global. Kristy SuttonVice President of Special ProjectsKristy Sutton has been with CTSI-Global since 1985. After earning her B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Memphis, Kristy accepted a Financial Analyst position with CTSI-Global where she provided executive support directly to the President. Kristy was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources and then Vice President of Implementations and Quality Assurance before accepting her current position, Vice President of Special Projects. Kristy and her staff are responsible for analyzing and implementing continuous operational efficiencies. Kristy's financial background, project management strengths and over 25 years of company experience make her an extremely effective leader. Larry WattsVice President of Freight Payment OperationsLarry joined CTSI-Global in 2000 as Director, Information Technology and served in this capacity for three years before being promoted to Vice President of Freight Payment Operations in 2003. Larry's background includes over 15 years of transportation experience and over 25 years of experience in Information Technology. Prior to joining CTSI-Global, Larry spent 15 years with American President Lines where he was Director, Information Technology for APL Logistics, North America. He attended the University of Central Oklahoma with a major in Information Systems. Narasimhan AakurSouth Asia Manager MIS / Production -- Chennai officeNarasimhan "ASN" Aakur earned his B.S. in Computer Engineering Technology and has a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Narasimhan is an IBM-certified RPG IV specialist and has more than 11 years of experience in design, development, testing and implementation of application systems in IBM midrange AS/400 systems. He held positions at Arvind Infotech Private Limited, Pushpa Infotech and Mascon Global Limited in Chennai, India. While working for Mascon Global, he implemented CTSI-Global's AS400 enhancements and joined CTSI-Global in 2000. ASN manages all aspects of CTSI-Global's South Asia operations that include IT support and production. He also has diplomas in computer applications (Unix, C, Oracle, AutoCAD and ISO-9000) and in .net technology. Lucille LepezDirector of APAC Operations -- Singapore officeLucille Lepez has a diverse range of global experiences, including living and working in Singapore, France and the UK as well as studying in France and the US. She joined the CTSI-Global team in 2010 after nearly 10 years of experience in client services, sales and marketing with employers such as Kodak and Toshiba. Her education includes a Master in Management at Audencia Business School and a Bachelor of Law at the University of Lille. Lucille is responsible for our APAC Operations, which mainly concerns business development and client services.
